ERTOS Centre is State Enterprise of South Regional Department of Russian Federal Aviation Service, providing communication services to Civil Aviation enterprises. ERTOS Centre also propose aeronautical information service and building designing. ERTOS Centre proposes the following services:

Data exchange using satellite channel to Moscow up to 512 kb/s. Data exchange channels to Arkhangelsk, Vladivostok, Volgograd, Voronezh, Ekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Lipetsk, Murmansk, N.Novgorod, Novomosskovsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Perm, Samara, St.Petersburg, Syktyvkar, Tomsk, Tumen, Ufa, Khabarovsk, Cheboksary, Yakutsk are also available. Using data exchange channel Centre can propose phone numbers of Moscow (or other listed cities) PBX at Rostov-on-Don.

Access to world-wide INTERNET, making available enormous information resources of the network, both commercial and scientific or informative; one can make advertisement to millions INTERNET users. Centre offers almost all possible kinds of INTERNET services, starting from simple off-line UUCP to continuous IP-connect. Using high-speed channel ERTOS proposes main INTERNET service - continuous IP-connect. Paying $400 per month only one becomes complete member of the INTERNET society and has the opportunity to use INTERNET facilities all the time. Also standard INTERNET services are available - UUCP (off-line) and IP-connect on switched line. ERTOS Centre proposes the arrangement of local network with access to INTERNET; INTERNET services in other cities of region, etc. ERTOS offers web-cite advertisement services. Telephone network development is the other field of ERTOS activity. Centre has the license on local telephone service. Using PBX "Kvant-512" ERTOS can offer telephones with access to Municipal telephone station. PBX is computer-controlled and has additional functions (unlike obsolete municipal ones): one-touch access, routing when busy, multi-channel phones, etc.

Data exchange "Sirena", "AFTN", "AERONET" Networks at South of Russia were constructed and arranged by ERTOS specialists. Now ERTOS propose this networks services to tourist agencies, air tickets booking agencies, air carriers, and other Civil Aviation enterprises.
